Dana’s passion started early as she realized the best part of HR was building relationships. She enjoys creating an environment where employees can think big, have fun, and do great work. Dana has worked in HR for over 23 years. Her experience, paired with her Business Degree in Accounting and Finance, along with her CHRL designation lends a blended focus on creating business value and optimizing people assets.
Dana has experience with many industries and is often found consulting and advising clients on strategic human resources matters that are outside the scope of clients’ abilities; interim assignments and fractional HR at an HR manager/director level. Dana is a third-party workplace investigator, a labour relations specialist, a certified pay equity advisor and the leader of the RLB People team.
Dana is passionate about sharing knowledge and often is a presenter at local public speaking engagements as well as RLB Webinars for clients. Dana has high business integrity, has a dedicated client-centric approach, and brings problems to the table to find solutions.
Zack is a seasoned HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (HR) from the University of Guelph and has his Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. With nearly a decade of experience in the field, Zack has honed his expertise through various roles in diverse industries including public sector, private, and publicly traded companies.
Professionally, Zack has held pivotal roles such as Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, and is a Senior HR Consultant here at RLB. His range of experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of human resources strategies and best practices, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Zack is a proud husband and father of two. As an avid sports and fitness fan, he enjoys playing hockey, golf, and baseball while passionately supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs and Blue Jays as a dedicated fan. In his spare time, Zack enjoys engaging with the community and currently serves as a board member of the HRPA Guelph Chapter, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of HR practices in the region.
Lynn is a strategic, solutions‑driven HR professional with 20 years of experience supporting small and medium‑sized businesses and non‑profits across Canada. She specializes in translating complex people challenges into practical, compliant, and scalable HR strategies that support business goals. With expertise in employee relations, leadership coaching, organizational design, and policy development, she is known as a trusted HR advisor who brings clarity and empathy to her work.
Lynn leads client engagements across the full employee lifecycle, including strategy development, performance systems, investigations, accommodations, and health and safety compliance. She also contributes to business development, drawing on her entrepreneurial background to expand the HR impact of RLB People across Southwestern Ontario. She brings a facilitative, values‑led approach and enjoys building long term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and measurable results.

Megan is a dedicated HR professional pursuing her Certified Human Resources Professional designation. Passionate about making a positive impact, she constantly seeks to enhance her knowledge and skills. With a strong understanding of effective HR management, Megan aims to contribute to the success and well-being of employees and organizations.
